1. The service
finentro provides expense-tracking software via web and Telegram bot. By using the service, you agree to these terms.
2. Trial and subscription
New accounts receive a 7-day free trial. After the trial, you are charged £9/month or £79/year depending on your chosen plan. We will send an email reminder before charging. You can cancel at any time.
3. Acceptable use
You must use the service lawfully and not attempt to circumvent security, abuse other users, or use it for illegal purposes. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
4. Your data
You own your data. We do not claim ownership. You can export or delete your data at any time. Our use of data is described in the Privacy Policy.
5. Cancellation
You can cancel your subscription at any time. No lock-in. After cancellation, you retain access until the end of the billing period. We do not refund partial periods.
6. Liability limitation
The service is provided "as is". We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.
7. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
