1. What we collect
We collect your email address, company name, and password when you sign up. When you connect Telegram, we store your Telegram user ID and username. We store expense data you submit (amounts, descriptions, receipts) and metadata (dates, categories, projects).
2. How we use it
We use your data to provide the expense-tracking service, send you transactional emails (e.g. trial reminders), and improve our product. We do not sell your data to third parties.
3. Data storage and security
Data is stored in the EU. Passwords are hashed. Receipts are stored securely. We use industry-standard practices to protect your data.
4. Third parties
We use Stripe for payments. Stripe processes payment data according to their privacy policy. We do not store your full card details. Telegram is used for the bot; we only receive the user ID and username when you link your account.
5. Your rights
You can access, export, or delete your data at any time from the Settings page. For full account deletion or data portability requests, contact us at privacy@finentro.com.
6. Cookies
We use essential cookies only (e.g. for authentication). We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.
